1. Receptionist
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least SPM.
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in handling front office in the similar capacity.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good communication skills and pleasant personality.
- Excellent telephone techniques and etiquette.
2. Junior Executive / Executive, Contracts
- Diploma/ certificate in Quantity Surveying /Building or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in contract administration or in a consultancy environment.
- Able to work under minimum supervision.
- Matured personally, a team player, diligent and self-driven to meet deadlines.
- Meticulous and analytical.
- Involve in pre and post contract.
- Good knowledge of measurement, bills of quantities preparation, preparing cost analysis, checking claims, variation orders and final accounts.
- Sound contractual knowledge and negotiation skills.
3. Accounts Executive
- Degree /Diploma in Accounting, part professional qualification or its equivalent.
- Able to handle full set of accounts.
- Minimum 4 years related working experience.
- Independent, well organized and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Versatile and good initiatives at all levels.
